What does your mindfulness practice look like?
My mindfulness practice, like most people, consists of meditation, breathing, and mindful movement. However, I'm more concerned with how mindfulness shows up in my daily life, how I talk to people, react, act, and interact. I believe true mindfulness is about removing ourselves from the subjective experience and becoming a witness to the truth. Practicing mindfulness exercises, such as meditation, helps but is only valuable when we become mindful outside our practice.
